Mr Williams and all the support staff were pleasant and courteous. Mr Williams explained carefully what he was going to do and reassured when unpleasant effects were to be experienced. He conducted the biopsy carefully and with the minimum of discomfort. I was very satisfied with my experience today.

I attended with my 80 year old mother. Mr Williams explained things very clearly and my mother was reassured and able to understand what he said to her. He was patient and took time to answer our questions.

I was thoroughly pleased by the meeting that I had with Mr Williams. He fully explained what process he thought I would require, drew diagrams, and I had complete confidence in his diagnosis, and recommendations
